1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and maju99 ("maju99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at maju99.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the maju99 platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the maju99 platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

5. You must be registering of your own free will and not at the direction, coercion, or instruction of another party.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from gaming platforms that would render your participation a breach of that order.

4. Account Registration

When registering a maju99 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information so that it remains accurate, current, and complete at all times.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Maju99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information provided during registration or at any subsequent point — including in relation to identity, age, address, or source of funds — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

4.3 Duplicate Accounts

Each individual is permitted to register and operate one account on the maju99 Platform. Where maju99 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all associated bonus funds will be forfeited, and real money balances may be withheld pending investigation into potential bonus abuse.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

Maju99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification programme in accordance with international best practices for online gaming operators. This programme requires all players to provide documentary evidence of their identity and, where applicable, their source of funds before withdrawals are processed.

5.1 Required Documentation

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The maximum single deposit is RM 30,000, subject to payment method limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant; FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a bonus of RM 100 requires RM 3,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before any winnings arising from the bonus become withdrawable. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

Maju99 employs automated and manual monitoring to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine gameplay, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, maju99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, void winnings arising therefrom, and close affected accounts without prior notice.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on maju99 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and betting market. Key general principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Maju99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, maju99 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneously published odds and settle at the correct market price.
• Live betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC) are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets accepted by the system will be honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned prior to completion, settlement rules specific to the relevant sport and market type will apply.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino game results are determined by independently certified RNG software. The rules for each individual game are available within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the game server records, the server records shall prevail.

8.3 Malfunction

In the event of a system or software malfunction during a game or bet placement, the affected game or bet round may be declared void. 11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without maju99's prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maju99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the maju99 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Maju99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your maju99 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Maju99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. We reserve the right to suspend Platform access for scheduled maintenance or emergency technical work, and will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Maju99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against maju99 by the player or their payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case maju99 may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances as specified in the applicable fee schedule.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, maju99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any legitimately earned real money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with the maju99 customer support team, who will escalate unresolved matters to a senior complaints handler. Maju99 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Maju99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the maju99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to initiate account closure.
